Downtown Neighborhoods
Downtown Everett includes four neighborhoods, which overlap its boundaries: Northwest Neighborhood, Bayside, Port Gardner
& Riverside. Northwest Neighborhood is nearby too. We will include news and information from these neighborhoods here.
Bayside
Bayside is a neighborhood in Central Everett that includes the downtown core.
Meets at Everett Public Library Auditorium

Port Gardner
Port Gardner is Everett's largest neighborhood, with many homes with views of the bay and Cascade Mountains. Many of Everett's
historic homes are located on Rucker Hill. Port Gardner is home to Everett Station transportation center, Providence Everett
medical Center's Pacific Campus, and many medical clinics.
Meets at the Port of Everett Offices, 2911 Bond
7 pm on the 2nd Monday each month, except July & August.

Riverside

Riverside is one of Everett's most historic neighborhoods. It is mosly single-family smaller homes and is currently enjoying
a renaissance as young families are restoring many of the older homes.
Meetings are always held the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm in the library at North Middle School located at 2514
Rainier Ave., except, April, July, August.
