Welcome to Upside Down! I'm Leita Crossfield, a.k.a Your Marketing Right-Hand^TM. I created Upside Down to support people who want to change the world, small non-profits, marketing departments and social entrepreneurs who are Change Agents in their communities.

I call my marketing company an idea-invention company because I am passionate about ideas, solving problems, and helping non profits and social entrepreneurs thrive and compete in an increasingly global economy.

I believe in conversation, collaboration and connection, and I use various techniques such as appreciative inquiry, cafe' conversations, imagination liberation bounce sessions, and improvisational techniques borrowed from my theatre days to dream big.

After studying method acting and improv for five years in Seattle, I experienced first-hand how our brains develop ideas when in community with others in an environment that is joyful and liberated.
